At night they dont mess up my order at least . After years of using this mcdonald it improved a bit and dont get my order messed up anymore (missing item)

Ran by incompetent people

Very slow service and employees looked like they had something more important to do than taking care of the customers.

Men's washroom heat has been broke for 2 years and the owners are too cheap to fix it.

Food was great. I couldn’t complain about the service because there wasn’t any. Lol. I think they need some customer service training.

The place is clean and food is what you would expect from a McDonald's.

It was a great service, the food was prepared fast with a nice presentation and good taste.

It is what it is, not great, not horrible lol. I do appreciate them hiring those with disabilities and always having someone like that on their team. Looks good on them. What doesn't look great is the manager belittling one of these members right In the dining room though. Shame on you man.

This is the least consistent McDonald's location I've ever run into. I still go very often because McDonald's is McDonald's and the occasional success makes it feel like gambling. The poor kids working here barely have a clue what they're doing their management is so bad. They're always training someone. My favourite experiences here have been when they screwed up my order by adding something instead of taking something away.

Slowest Mcdonald ever... over 25 mins to get our breakfast.

There's always a long wait in the Drive-Thru and their burgers are 8 out of 10 times cold

Great fast food but check your bag before leaving they may have forgotten something on your order!

This McDonald's was filthy inside with flies everywhere. We waited over 20 minutes for simple breakfast. It's supposed to be fast food? Not fine dining in a nice restaurant. They didn't have the bagel I ordered when that's all they do is advertise all these new bagels yet you don't have them in stock. Service was terrible! Lots of staff there but nobody doing anything and no food prepared. We will never go there again!

Better service then most locations

In itself the food was not bad. I find most McDonald's have gone down hill. Service is slow. They want everyone to use apps or there electronic boards to order. To me there old formula was much better.

Very slow service through the drive threw

Used to be happy with this place but lately they ALWAYS...as in everytime...screw up my burgers resulting in me eating 10m after my wife.Check your order closely, and expect to wait even longer for half cold food.Or just go across tje parking lot to BK or Pizza Pro.UPDATE:. Tried the fish and chips. $8 for two fish fingers, a small fries, and no drink. Absolutely not worth it.

It does the job if you need to get something to eat late at night as this is the only restaurant that is open 24 hours

Bad service. Missing 2 sandwiches from our order and the managers response was, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT.. Very unprofessional and no customer service.. Miramichi New Brunswick..

Person working drive thru mic and at the window were both extremely rude and impatient with ordering shook his head to his colleague when we handed him cash to pay very dissapointed

McDonald's is what it is. The menu has improved a lot. It employs young people. Our local McD's is been a staple here forever. Always clean, updated, and courteous. They have managed to keep up with the times with the app and self serve kiosk. The kids live it here.

Macdonald was fine but there app sucks

I had a hankering for their fish fillet sandwich, which i had not had in at least 5 years. Just like i remembered. I am not a big fast food customer... but looks like they are making things easier with ordering kiosks. I also feel rushed looking at their menu.. since i am not that familiar.. so the kiosk is great to check everything out!

You don't use Heinz ketchup, and I hate that, and everyone else does to! Heinz enhances the taste of everything its put on! Whatever your using now has changed the flavor of your whole menu! I rarely go to your restaurant anymore because of this!

This location is continuously messing up my orders and whenever I let the location aware the most they will do is ‘ensure it doesn’t happen again’. Satisfaction not guaranteed.

I went 2 days in a row and I wasn't happy with the food. Nuggets were warm and hard. Not eating there again.

Not a McDonalds fan, but it's a nice, modern location. They have automated kiosks where you can place your order. Some artisan burgers are available as well. Nice pastry selection.
